How To Make Egg & Rocket Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 pizza dough
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups rocket leaves
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to desired thickness.

In a small bowl, whisk the eggs together and season with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.

Pour in the beaten eggs and scramble until cooked through.

Spread the scrambled eggs evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
