How To Make Coriander Steaks with Tomato & Rocket Salad

Ingredients
- 4 coriander steaks
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 large tomatoes, sliced
- 2 cups rocket leaves
- ¼ cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions

Preheat the grill or barbecue to medium-high heat.

Rub the coriander steaks with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Grill the steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your liking.

In a bowl, combine the sliced tomatoes, rocket leaves, and fresh coriander leaves.

Drizzle with lemon juice and toss to combine.
