How To Make Tuna, Olive & Rocket Pizzas

Ingredients

  • 4 small pizza bases
  • 1 can of tuna, drained
  • 1 cup of sliced black olives
  • 2 cups of rocket leaves
  • 1 cup of grated mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Place the pizza bases on a baking tray.

  3. Brush each pizza base with olive oil.

  4. Top each base with tuna, black olives, and mozzarella cheese.

  5. Season with salt and pepper.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  7. Remove from the oven and top with fresh rocket leaves.

  8. Slice and serve immediately.
