How To Make Deep-dish Meatball Marinara Pizza

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 lb pre-made pizza dough
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease a deep-dish pizza pan.

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Shape the meat mixture into small meatballs and place them evenly on the greased pizza pan.

Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until cooked through.

Remove the pizza pan from the oven and spread marinara sauce over the meatballs.

Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese, black olives, diced red onion, and chopped fresh basil over the marinara sauce.

Roll out the pre-made pizza dough to fit the size of the pizza pan and place it on top of the toppings.

Trim any excess dough and press the edges to seal.

Bake the pizza in the oven for 25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
