If you’re avoiding carbs, then this chicken crust pizza is for you. A chicken meat crust is topped with grated parmesan, mozzarella, and fresh basil.

  • 1lbground chicken
  • ½cupmozzarella cheese,shredded
  • ¼cupparmesan cheese,freshly grated
  • 3clovesgarlic,minced
  • 1tspItalian Seasoning
  • ½tspsalt
  • ¼tsppepper
  • 1tbspfresh basil,chopped


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Mix chicken, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl with your hands. Fold in chopped basil.

  3. Place the chicken mixture between two pieces of parchment paper. Gently spread mixture into a circle or rectangle about ¼ to ½-inch thick. Remove top parchment paper.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 45 minutes until edges start to brown. Top with favorite toppings.
