Ingredients

  • 8 oz turkey breast, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz rice noodles
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a large pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cook until fragrant.

  3. Add turkey slices to the pan and cook until browned and cooked through.

  4. Add bell peppers and continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes.

  5. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sriracha sauce, chili flakes, and salt.

  6. Add the sauce mixture to the pan and stir well.

  7. Add cooked rice noodles to the pan and toss everything together until well combined and heated through.

  8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.
