How To Make Ground Turkey Noodle Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup of frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

  3. In a large skillet, cook ground turkey over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.

  4. Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.

  5. Stir in the frozen mixed vegetables and cook until heated through.

  6. Add marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir well to combine.

  7. Add the cooked egg noodles to the skillet and mix until everything is evenly coated.

  8. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.

  9. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.

  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  11. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
