How To Make Spaghetti with Garlic Mushrooms & Prosciutto

Ingredients
- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 4 slices prosciutto, chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook until they release their liquid and start to brown, about 5 minutes.

Stir in the chopped prosciutto and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic, mushrooms, and prosciutto mixture. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.

Stir in the butter until melted and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the spaghetti topped with grated Parmesan cheese and garnish with fresh parsley.
