How To Make Smoked Trout & Pea Pasta

Ingredients
- 12 oz pasta
- 4 oz smoked trout, flaked
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

Add the frozen peas to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Stir in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine with the peas and broth.

Gently fold in the flaked smoked trout.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.

Remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the pasta in bowls, garnished with fresh parsley.
