How To Make Smoked Trout Tartlets

Ingredients
- 8 mini tartlet shells
- 200g smoked trout, flaked
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 4 tbsp cream cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Place the tartlet shells on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, or until golden brown.

In a bowl, combine the smoked trout, red onion, dill, cream cheese, salt, and pepper.

Remove the tartlet shells from the oven and let them cool slightly.

Fill each tartlet shell with the smoked trout mixture.
