How To Make Creamy Gnocchi with Smoked Trout & Dill

Ingredients
- 1 lb gnocchi
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 oz smoked trout, flaked
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, until lightly golden.

Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for 5 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly.

Stir in the flaked smoked trout and fresh dill. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cook for an additional 2 minutes, until the trout is heated through.

Serve the creamy gnocchi with smoked trout and dill hot, garnished with extra dill if desired.
