How To Make Runner Bean & Prosciutto Pasta

Ingredients
- 8 oz runner beans, trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 8 oz pasta
- 4 slices of prosciutto, torn into small pieces
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the runner beans to the skillet and sauté for 5-7 minutes until tender but still crisp.

Add the cooked pasta and torn prosciutto to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper and toss to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Remove from heat and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Serve hot.
