How To Make Vegetarian Lasagna Casserole Recipe
This is a comforting and hearty vegetarian lasagna casserole perfect for any cozy night in.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 8 lasagna noodles
- 1 cup of ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese
- 1 jar of spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1 tsp of Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions and set aside.

In a separate bowl, mix together ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese.

In a large skillet, combine spaghetti sauce, water, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Heat on medium-high heat until heated through.

Layer 4 lasagna noodles in the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.

Spoon half of the cheese mixture on top of the noodles.

Spoon half of the sauce mixture on top of the cheese mixture.

Repeat layers with remaining noodles, cheese mixture, and sauce mixture.

Cover baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
