How To Make Cheesy Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, cheddar cheese, onion, bell pepper, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and eggs. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Transfer the mixture to a greased loaf pan, pressing it down firmly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
