How To Make Cheeseburger Meatloaf

Grab a bite of these cheesy meatloaves with our easy meatloaf recipe! It’s juicy, flavorful, and packed with gooey cheese for extra richness.

  • lbsground beef,90% lean
  • cooking spray
  • 2tspolive oil
  • ½cuponion,finely diced
  • ½cupbacon,cooked and crumbled
  • ¼cuppanko breadcrumbs
  • 1tbspyellow mustard
  • 1tbspworcestershire sauce
  • ¾tspsalt
  • ½tsppepper
  • 1egg
  • ½cupcheddar cheese,cut into small cubes
  • ¼cupketchup
  • 1tbspparsley,chopped, optional


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a sheet pan with foil, then coat it with cooking spray.

  2. Heat the olive oil in a small pan over medium heat.

  3. Add the onion, then cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until golden brown.

  4. Remove from the heat, then stir in the mustard and Worcestershire sauce.

  5. In a large bowl, combine the onion mixture, beef, bacon, panko breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, egg, 2 tablespoons of water, and cheddar cheese.

  6. Mix together until well blended.

  7. Form 4 individual meatloaves, then place them on the prepared sheet pan.

  8. Spread 1 tablespoon of ketchup over each meatloaf.

  9. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until cooked through.

  10. Sprinkle with parsley, serve, and enjoy!
