How To Make Beef & Bacon Meatloaf with Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1 cup tomato sauce
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, crumbled bacon, onion, garlic, bread crumbs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, salt, black pepper, and parsley. Mix until well combined.

Shape the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a greased baking dish.

Pour the tomato sauce over the meatloaf, spreading it evenly.

Bake for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Slice the meatloaf and serve with additional tomato sauce if desired.
