How To Make Better Than Beef Meatless Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 1 cup of cooked lentils
- 1 cup of finely chopped mushrooms
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup of finely chopped onions
- 1/4 cup of tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a loaf pan with olive oil.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked lentils, mushrooms, breadcrumbs, onions, tomato sauce, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, dried thyme, dried oregano, black pepper, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Transfer the mixture to the greased loaf pan, shaping it into a loaf shape.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and the loaf is cooked through.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
