- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- Cooking oil

In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, bread crumbs, pineapple juice, minced garlic, and chopped green onions.

Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.

Heat cooking oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the meatballs to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, grated ginger, and black pepper.
