- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried basil

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, milk, onion, garlic, egg, salt, black pepper, oregano, and basil. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.
