How To Make Steak and Egg Hash

Ingredients
- 8 oz sirloin steak, cut into small cubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups diced potatoes
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 eggs
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the steak cubes and cook until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil and sauté the diced onion and minced garlic until they become translucent.

Add the diced potatoes to the skillet and cook until they are golden brown and crispy.

Sprinkle paprika, salt, and black pepper over the potatoes and mix well.

Return the cooked steak to the skillet and stir everything together.

Create four wells in the hash mixture and crack an egg into each well.

Cover the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes, or until the egg whites are set but the yolks are still slightly runny.
