  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
  • Fresh chives, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, salt, black pepper, and milk until well combined.

  2. Heat butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

  3. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and let it cook undisturbed for a minute.

  4. Using a spatula, gently scramble the eggs, pushing them from the edges towards the center.

  5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are cooked to your preferred consistency.

  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top (if using) and let it melt.

  7. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh chives.
