  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 3 cups chopped potatoes
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

  2. Add potatoes and onions, and cook until potatoes are browned and onions are translucent, stirring occasionally.

  3. Add garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

  4. Stir in shredded cooked chicken and cook until heated through.
