How To Make Triple-Dipped Fried Chicken

- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 cup buttermilk
- Vegetable oil, for frying

In a shallow dish, mix flour, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper.

Dip each chicken breast into buttermilk, then coat with the flour mixture. Repeat this step for a second time, ensuring the chicken is fully coated.

Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet or Dutch oven to 350°F (175°C).

Fry the chicken, a few pieces at a time, for about 6-8 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through.
