How To Make Pan-fried chicken & shaken peas
Fried food never tasted this good! Here are some fried recipes to turn boring fried dishes to a tasty and grand feast!

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups peas
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
Instructions

Season both sides of the chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and golden brown.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside to rest.

In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic, dried thyme, dried basil, and dried parsley to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the peas to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Using a slotted spoon, transfer the peas to a bowl, leaving any excess liquid in the skillet.

Increase the heat to high and shake the skillet to evaporate any remaining liquid.

Return the peas to the skillet and toss to coat them in the garlic and herb butter.

Serve the pan-fried chicken with the shaken peas on the side.
