- 4 chicken drumsticks
- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- Vegetable oil for frying

In a large bowl, mix together the flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.

Dip each chicken piece in the flour mixture, coating it evenly.

In a deep skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

Place the chicken in the skillet and fry for about 7-8 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
