  • 4 chicken drumsticks
  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.

  2. Dip each chicken piece in the flour mixture, coating it evenly.

  3. In a deep skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

  4. Place the chicken in the skillet and fry for about 7-8 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.

  5. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
