  • 4 large potatoes, washed and peeled

Instructions

  1. Cut the potatoes into small cubes or thin slices.

  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  3. Add the potatoes to the skillet and season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

  4. Cook the potatoes for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are golden brown and crispy.

  5. Remove from heat and serve hot.
