How To Make Potato and Egg Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.

In a large skillet, sauté the onions and garlic until softened. Add the sliced potatoes and cook until slightly browned and tender.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.

Place half of the potatoes in the baking dish, then pour half of the egg mixture over the top. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese and green onions. Repeat with another layer.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted and slightly golden.

Allow it to cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
