How To Make Noodle Pudding

- 8 oz egg noodles
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup raisins
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.

Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until it comes to a simmer. Remove from heat.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sugar, eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Gradually whisk in the hot milk.

Add the cooked noodles and raisins to the mixture, stirring until well combined.

Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.

Bake for 40 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the pudding is set.
