Ingredients

  • 1 lb spinach, washed and chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a large skillet, sauté the onions and garlic until they become translucent.

  3. Add the chopped spinach and cook until wilted.

  4. In a separate bowl, combine the beaten eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.

  5. Grease a casserole dish and spread the sautéed onions, garlic, and spinach evenly on the bottom.

  6. Pour the egg mixture over the spinach mixture and top with shredded cheddar cheese.

  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the eggs are set.

  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
