How To Make Spinach, Sausage, and Egg Casserole

Ingredients
- 8 ounces sausage links, casings removed and crumbled
- 4 cups fresh spinach leaves
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×9 inch baking dish.

In a large skillet, cook the crumbled sausage over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from the heat and set aside.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.

Spread the cooked sausage evenly in the greased baking dish. Layer the cooked spinach over the sausage. Pour the egg mixture over the spinach.

Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is golden and bubbly.
