Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a baking dish, arrange the artichoke hearts in a single layer.

  3. In a small bowl, mix together the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, melted butter, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.

  4. Sprinkle the cheese mixture evenly over the artichoke hearts.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
