How To Make Italian Tomato & Artichoke Platter

Ingredients
- 4 ripe tomatoes
- 1 cup marinated artichoke hearts
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup sliced red onions
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh basil
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Slice the tomatoes and arrange them on a platter.

Drain the marinated artichoke hearts and arrange them on the platter with the tomatoes.

Sprinkle sliced black olives and red onions over the tomatoes and artichoke hearts.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.

Drizzle the dressing over the platter.

Sprinkle chopped fresh basil on top.
