Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup lump crab meat, drained and flaked
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and parmesan cheese until smooth.

  3. Stir in artichoke hearts, crab meat, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.

  4. Spread mixture into a 9-inch baking dish.

  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

  6. Garnish with chopped parsley.

  7. Serve with crackers, crostini, or veggies for dipping.
