Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 4 medium potatoes, quartered
  • 1 pound green beans, ends trimmed
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. Place the chicken breasts, potatoes, and green beans on a large baking sheet.

  3. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme, dried rosemary, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.

  4. Drizzle the olive oil mixture over the chicken, potatoes, and green beans. Use your hands or a spatula to toss until everything is evenly coated.

  5. Spread the ingredients out in a single layer on the baking sheet.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender, stirring once or twice during cooking.

  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
