How To Make Yummy Honey Chicken Kabobs

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 red onion, cut into chunks
Instructions

In a bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and black pepper.

Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, making sure they are well coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

Assemble the kabobs by alternating the chicken, bell peppers, and red onion onto skewers.

Place the kabobs on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side, until the chicken is cooked through.

Brush the kabobs with some extra honey glaze while grilling.
