How To Make Tikka Skewers

Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp tikka masala powder
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp ginger paste
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 onion, cut into squares
- 1 bell pepper, cut into squares
Instructions

In a bowl, combine yogurt, tikka masala powder, lemon juice, ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin powder, paprika, salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and vegetable oil. Mix well.

Add chicken pieces to the marinade and mix until well coated. Marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight in the refrigerator.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Thread marinated chicken, onions, and bell peppers onto skewers.

Grill the skewers for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.

Serve hot with mint chutney or yogurt dip.
