How To Make Chicken Tikka Skewers

Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless chicken, cut into cubes
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Salt, to taste
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 onion, cut into wedges
- 1 bell pepper, cut into cubes
- Metal skewers
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, paprika, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, and oil. Mix well.

Add chicken cubes to the marinade and coat them evenly. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.

Preheat the grill or barbecue.

Thread the marinated chicken onto metal skewers, alternating with onion wedges and bell pepper cubes.

Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and nicely charred.

Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

Serve the chicken tikka skewers hot with mint chutney or yogurt dip.
