How To Make Insane Oven Beef Ribs Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 racks of beef ribs
- 1 cup of BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 275°F (135°C).

In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper.

Rub the spice mixture all over the beef ribs, making sure to cover all sides.

Place the ribs on a baking sheet and cover tightly with aluminum foil.

Bake in the preheated oven for 2 1/2 to 3 hours, or until the meat is tender and falling off the bone.

Remove the foil and brush the ribs with BBQ sauce.

Increase the oven temperature to 375°F (190°C) and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the sauce is caramelized and sticky.

Remove from the oven and let the ribs rest for a few minutes before serving.
