How To Make Barbecued Banoffee Splits

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 4 tbsp caramel sauce
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup crushed peanuts
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.

  2. Slice the bananas in half lengthwise and place them cut side down on the grill.

  3. Grill the bananas for about 5 minutes or until they have nice grill marks.

  4. Remove the bananas from the grill and place them on a serving platter.

  5. Drizzle each banana half with caramel sauce.

  6. Top with a dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle with crushed peanuts and chocolate chips.

  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
