Ingredients
- 4 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 4 cups sourdough bread, torn into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
- Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, sourdough bread, olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Toss until well coated.

Spread the mixture evenly on a baking tray.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the tomatoes have burst and the bread is crispy and golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.

Sprinkle torn basil leaves over the traybake and serve with a generous amount of grated Parmesan cheese.
