How To Make Greek Feta Traybake

Ingredients
- 250g Greek feta cheese, crumbled
- 500g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 100g Kalamata olives
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

In a large baking dish, combine the cherry tomatoes, olives, olive oil, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Add the crumbled feta cheese on top of the tomato mixture.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is golden and tomatoes are roasted.

Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve hot.
