How To Make Italian Baked Meatballs

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped basil
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/4 tsp dried red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, basil, onion, garlic, salt, black pepper, oregano, thyme, rosemary, red pepper flakes, and milk. Mix until well combined.

Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 20 minutes, or until the meatballs are browned and cooked through.

Sprinkle the grated mozzarella cheese over the meatballs and return them to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
