How To Make Baked Turkey Meatballs with Broccoli & Crispy Potatoes
These baked turkey meatballs are packed with flavor and served with nutritious broccoli and crispy potatoes.

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 lb broccoli florets
- 4 small potatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, onion, garlic, egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Shape the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.

In a separate bowl, toss the broccoli florets with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Place them on the baking sheet with the meatballs.

In another bowl, toss the potato wedges with the remaining tablespoon of olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Arrange them on a separate baking sheet.

Bake the meatballs and broccoli for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the meatballs reaches 165°F (75°C).

Meanwhile, bake the potatoes for 30-35 minutes, or until crispy and browned.
