  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Rub the halibut fillets with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and dried thyme.

  3. Place the halibut fillets in a baking dish and top each fillet with a few slices of lemon and minced garlic.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the halibut is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
