Ingredients
- 4 halibut fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Rub the halibut fillets with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and dried thyme.
