How To Make Capers and Halibut Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 halibut fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp capers
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

Place the halibut fillets in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until browned.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, until the fish is cooked through.

In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Add the capers and lemon juice to the skillet and cook for another 2 minutes, until heated through.

Serve the halibut fillets with the caper sauce on top.
