  • 4 halibut fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Lemon wedges, for serving
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Brush both sides of the halibut fillets generously with the oil mixture.

  4. Place the fillets on the grill and cook for 6-8 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

  5. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes.

  6. Serve the grilled halibut with lemon wedges and garnish with fresh parsley.
