How To Make Lighter Chicken Katsu

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup whole wheat breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

In one bowl, whisk the eggs. In another bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and flour.

Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture, then coat it evenly with the breadcrumb mixture.

Place the coated chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet.

Lightly spray the chicken breasts with cooking spray.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is crispy and golden brown.
