How To Make Chocolate Baked Bananas

Ingredients
- 4 ripe bananas
- 100g dark chocolate, chopped
- 2 tbsp of unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp of brown sugar
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup of chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Carefully make a lengthwise slit in each banana, leaving the skin intact.

Place the bananas onto a baking sheet and fill each slit with chocolate chunks.

Sprinkle the brown sugar over the bananas and dot with butter.

Bake for 15-20 minutes until the bananas are soft and the chocolate is melted.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
