Instructions

  1. Start by splitting the lobster tails in half lengthwise using a sharp knife.

  2. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Preheat your steamer. Place the split lobster tails in the steamer basket, shell side down.

  4. Brush the lobster tails generously with the butter mixture.

  5. Steam the lobster tails for about 8-10 minutes, or until the meat turns opaque and firm.

  6. Remove the lobster tails from the steamer and transfer them to serving plates.

  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
