- 4 lobster tails
- 4 tablespoons of butter, melted

Start by splitting the lobster tails in half lengthwise using a sharp knife.

In a small bowl, combine melted butter, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and black pepper.

Preheat your steamer. Place the split lobster tails in the steamer basket, shell side down.

Brush the lobster tails generously with the butter mixture.
