How To Make Baked Egg in Tomato Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 medium-sized tomatoes
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cut off the tops of the tomatoes and scoop out the insides.

Crack an egg into each tomato and sprinkle with salt, pepper and chopped parsley.

Place the tomatoes in a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the eggs are set.
