How To Make Baked Egg in Tomato Recipe

A delicious and healthy breakfast option that combines eggs and tomatoes.

Ingredients

  • 4 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Cut off the tops of the tomatoes and scoop out the insides.

  3. Crack an egg into each tomato and sprinkle with salt, pepper and chopped parsley.

  4. Place the tomatoes in a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the eggs are set.

  5. Serve hot.
